Why am I required to wear a shirt mostly everywhere except the beach and the sidewalk?
It does not keep from spreading bacteria, as a matter of fashion only it makes no sense. No one can be harmed by my shirtlessness. These societies that inhabit most if not all of the earth are filled with silly rules.

Further:
Women should be allowed the same beach and sidewalk shirtlesness that men do. There is no sound argument against shirtlessness.

Nudity:
Complete expression of the body should be legal. There is absolutely no reason why people should not be allowed to dress or not dress any way they like. Though of course still reserving the rights of establishment owners to require anything they like as it is their property.
